Inspiring others is my story. What's yours?

My story is one of love and loss, success and failure, and a deep exploration of my life's true purpose. 

It’s a story I will vulnerably share, and also a story I am still boldly and passionately writing. 

It's a story my clients tell me time and again inspires them.

See, we don’t always recognize our own gifts. 

We don’t always see our true potential. 

Especially in the midst of personal and professional transitions. 

Or, when we find ourselves stuck in a state of 'ordinariness' - dreaming of more.

It takes self-compassion, vulnerability, and the right coach to help us see ourselves fully (and authentically) in order to embrace our next best chapter. 

It takes learning how to embrace our stories (even the parts we may not love). 

And, it takes someone who can help us recognize our pattern language and, often times, our blind spots along the way.

It may take you learning how to embrace grief. 

Or, perhaps, how to truly embrace life and all its beauty (and all its messiness). 

But, at the end of the day, it's about how to keep your focus on moving toward what’s next for you, rather than holding on to what no longer serves you. 

It’s about keeping up with who life has caused you to become.

While I'll be forever grateful for my nearly 30-year accomplished and exhilarating corporate career, I know deep in my heart that my true work as a leader was always about inspiring others to do their very best; for us, as a team, to collectively make a real and sustainable impact not only in the revenue column, but in the world; and, for us to lift one another up as we lived out our own very best stories. 

The same rings true today.

My purpose is to help grow and develop individuals (just like you) who may find themselves in a state of transition and are seeking transformation either personally or professionally (and, sometimes both); to write, collaborate, and share authentic stories with the world, and to partner with executives who strive to make a real and sustainable difference through their leadership and mission.
